Silos and containers
Our GrüloCOAT coating is the right solution for corrosion and wear protection of silos or containers made of concrete, steel or plastic – whether for sand, cement, granules, food or animal feed, water or oil.
Containers, like pipes, are the most important storage and transport systems in industry. They have to be manufactured in such a way that the materials do not attack the equipment, either chemically or mechanically. Corrosion can have fatal consequences for the end product and the environment. Containers must therefore be protected against damage in such a way that no chemical substances are released into the environment. Our GrüloCOAT coating is seamless and extremely resistant to chemical and physical attack. It is waterproof, food safe, protects against abrasion and corrosion and is temperature and ageing resistant.
Production areas and hall floors
With the seamless and jointless GrüloCOAT coating on floors in production areas, car parks and halls, you can make cleaning easier. There are no joints into which cleaning water or dirt can penetrate. Thanks to the high resistance of the material, cleaning with high-pressure cleaners is also possible. In addition, a coating with GrüloCOAT is very robust and will not be damaged by heavy equipment or objects. Food safe and resistant to chemicals, it is also ideal for laboratory floors. It is also possible to apply company logos, individual colours and an anti-slip coating.
Flat roof sealing and renovation
GrüloCoat Systeme is the durable solution for your flat roof. The coating is applied to the roof after careful pre-treatment of the substrate. The material withstands all environmental influences over a long period of time. Even exhaust pipes and windows are seamlessly integrated so that no moisture can penetrate these joints. The coating is waterproof, UV resistant, crack bridging and insulating. It is also fire retardant, acid resistant (bird droppings) and provides additional sound insulation.
Renovation in the wastewater sector
From sewers and clarifiers to screen channels, GrüloCoat offers a way to maintain the long-term value of your system. Our GrüloCOAT coating protects the concrete substrates in tanks and channels from aggressive hydrogen sulphide compounds. Damaged areas can be permanently sealed to prevent unwanted water loss. With GrüloCoat you can significantly extend the maintenance free life of your systems! As an AwSV (WHG) certified company, we are subject to regular inspections and invest in the training of our application technicians.
Inner pipe surfaces
The internal coating of pipes is often necessary to protect the pipe material from harmful influences. In particular, pipes carrying aggressive media must either be made of a corrosion-resistant material or have an internal coating. With our pipe coating system, we can coat pipes with an internal diameter of 150 mm to 800 mm and a length of up to 12 metres. Pipe bends, e.g. 90°, and other dimensions are also no problem for us.
Hydrocyclones, centrifuges and hoppers
When abrasive, aggressive bulk materials such as sand, quartz, gravel, slurry, salt, grain, etc. are transported or moved, the resulting wear problems have a negative impact on the life of production equipment. A GrüloCOAT coating protects surfaces from mechanical abrasion and offers a significant weight advantage over other protective linings. The sealed surfaces act as a protective barrier against chemical attack and provide reliable corrosion protection. They reduce stray currents, have an anti-static and noise reducing effect, are temperature resistant and are suitable for the food industry on request.
Transport rollers for palletising systems
We coat rollers for a wide range of industrial applications: paint rollers, transport rollers and printing rollers. Our GrüloCOAT coating is durable, non-adhesive and anti-static. It is also cut resistant and noise reducing and can be used in the food industry if required.
Special parts, pump impellers and housings
Machine parts such as those in mass finishing systems and deburring machines, which are exposed to high stresses in production processes, can remain operational for longer with the GrüloCOAT coating. Here, too, you can save on system downtimes and economic losses.
