Hard and soft rubber coatings
Rubber linings
Rubber wear protection is the ideal surface protection for your machinery and equipment. Properties such as high tensile strength and elasticity make it ideal for lining transport and storage containers, chutes, channels, pipes or hoppers. Rubber also provides optimum corrosion protection against aggressive and abrasive media in industrial plants.

Soft rubber lining
As specialists in soft rubber linings, we offer tailor-made solutions for corrosion and wear protection. We have extensive experience and references in the industrial and municipal sectors, so we can always guarantee good quality. Your parts are processed in our in-house autoclave.
As standard, we use natural rubber (NR) in thicknesses of 2, 5, 7 and 10 mm for soft rubberisation. Depending on your requirements, you can choose between highly wear-resistant 40° Shore A in blue or highly abrasion-resistant 60° Shore A in black.
Fields of application
- Rollers and drums
- Drive and deflection drums
- Distributors for sand and gravel plants
- Pipe coatings / internal coating of pipes
- Pump housings
- Linings for containers, condensate collectors
- Sweeper wear parts
- Coatings for gravel dredger pumps
- Crushing plants
- Deflector plates
- Linings for sandblasting cabins

Hard rubber coatings
The material properties of synthetic rubber (high resistance to ageing and weathering as well as excellent chemical resistance) offer optimum corrosion protection against aggressive media in industrial systems. A hard rubber coating made of the materials butyl rubber or Hypalon® is usually used. Other materials are IR, BR, SBR, IIR, CR and NBR.
Fields of application
- Flue gas desulphurisation systems
- Chemical basins / trays
- Pipe linings
- Galvanising tank
