Safe operation of the hose assembly is only possible if the prevailing operating conditions are taken into account when selecting the hose. This includes information about the media to be conveyed, operating pressure, operating temperature, installation situation, frequency of bends/bending cycles, duration and frequency of use, environmental conditions and mechanical stresses.
Our sales staff are VTH-certified hose and fitting specialists. In addition, regular in-house training is provided by experienced staff. We are here to help and advise you in the selection of a tailor-made solution for your individual application.
Professional binding of hose lines
Customisation
We assemble your hose lines to the required length and with the necessary fittings according to your requirements. In our modern hose and fitting workshop, we connect individual lines or even series with hose clamps, clamping shells and all standard coupling systems. High operating pressures or safety aspects often require the fittings to be crimped. We can offer these up to a nominal diameter of up to 250 mm.
Whether Storz, Perrot, Bauer, Anfor, Flansch, Kamlok, Guillemin, Geka or plastic and rubber hoses, we get fluid or abrasive media on the right track.

Hose testing
Hose lines are subject to special requirements, as they are sometimes subjected to extreme stresses due to the prevailing operating conditions, media passed through them, operating pressure, temperature and external influences.
In order to minimise the risks associated with hose lines in use, regular inspection of the serviceability of hose lines is required by law. G+L inspects your hose lines in accordance with BetrSichV and DGUV. Furthermore, our employees are “authorised persons for the inspection of hose lines in accordance with §2 Section 6 BetrSichV”.

Initial inspections and repeat inspections only make sense if they are also documented over the entire service life of the hose line. In future, we will manage this data in a database. In this way, we can counteract unplanned downtimes, unnecessary repairs, missed maintenance work and forgotten certifications and quickly provide you with the analyses you need.

Solutions for your rental park
Rental park services
As a specialist in hose and fitting technology, we take care of your hose lines for the rental park. Whether suction and pressure hoses for use with submersible motor or diesel pumps, chemical, tanker or compressed air hoses, multi-layer film hoses or drinking water lines for treatment plants: we assemble your hose lines up to a nominal diameter of 305 mm / 12″ with the required coupling systems. All hose lines are inspected at regular intervals in accordance with BetrSichV and DGRL and repaired or replaced if necessary. Cleaning of hose assemblies is a matter of course.
