Hose testing
Hose lines are subject to special requirements, as they are sometimes subjected to extreme stresses due to the existing operating conditions, the media conveyed, the working pressure and external influences of a mechanical or chemical nature.
In order to minimise the risks associated with the hose lines in use, it is essential to regularly check the serviceability of hose lines. Periodic testing of hose lines is even required by law.
Grüning & Loske inspects your hose lines in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC.
After the test, each hose line is given its own hose line number for identification purposes, which is permanently attached to the line using labelling tape. We provide you with a test certificate after each hose assembly test. We also document all the tests we carry out and can call up your master and test data at any time via the assigned line number.
Our mobile testing unit enables us to test your hose lines directly on your premises without any major inconvenience. Benefit from this G+L service!
