Seal punching
For more than 60 years, we have been offering you our flexible and cost-effective service from our gasket stamping shop. Here we produce customised products according to your specifications, drawings or samples:
- static gaskets

- plastic blanks
- hose sections
The main materials are NBR, SBR, NR, EPDM, Neoprene, Hypalon® / Viton®. We can also process cork, leather, polyamide, polyethylene, PEEK, POM, PTFE, polyurethane and Vulkollan®. As an additional service, we are happy to offer a customised seal design.
Cutting plotter
With the ARISTOMAT SL 1617, we can precisely realise your individual CAD files. The oscillating cutting blade enables 2D cuts in all shapes up to a maximum of 140 x 140 cm.
Proven materials for seals such as novapress® universal, novapress® basic and novapress® multi, rubber with and without fabric binding from 50 to 70 degrees Shore, PVC and FFTC up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm can be processed with this system.
It is also possible to produce labelling of all kinds. Logos and advertising texts can be cut out of films according to your requirements.
Freehand production
In addition to the seal punching and cutting plotter service, our sealing technology also offers freehand production. Here we manufacture customised inflatable seals (GrüloSeal), hollow chamber profiles for sewer clening vehicles and industrial doors, inflatable seals, sleeves and any profile seals according to your requirements.
